Overall, this was an energizing and nicely organized conference! The courses were pertinent to today’s HR professionals and the conference was a great way to stay current on relevant issues.
I have gone for several years and it has been great to see it evolve into the conference it is today.
The fact that we can attend this event, in an amazing and central location, at such an affordable cost with such high-level sessions, plus the entertainment and social networking events...just totally blows my mind.
As always, the conference was a great place to network and to share new and interesting information in a fun and supportive atmosphere.
"As a relatively newly certified HR professional, HR Florida afforded the opportunity to learn, keep abreast of industry best practices, and earn credits toward my recertification. I was also able to meet with potential vendors, connect with current vendors, and discuss what new product enhancements are on the horizon."
"The HR FL 2017 Conference brought teamwork and employment relationships to the forefront with takeaways from multiple resources. Our HR team has many new faces and spans over 40 years of experience and talent. The interactive audience participation allowed us to see first-hand, how the differences each of us brings, complements and adds value to what we do in HR each day. Ours has become a more “cohesive team” with the skills and insights learned from the conference speakers. The ROI from this conference is immeasurable!"
