Overall, this was an energizing and nicely organized conference! The courses were pertinent to today’s HR professionals and the conference was a great way to stay current on relevant issues.
I have gone for several years and it has been great to see it evolve into the conference it is today.
The fact that we can attend this event, in an amazing and central location, at such an affordable cost with such high-level sessions, plus the entertainment and social networking events...just totally blows my mind.
As always, the conference was a great place to network and to share new and interesting information in a fun and supportive atmosphere.
"As a relatively newly certified HR professional, HR Florida afforded the opportunity to learn, keep abreast of industry best practices, and earn credits toward my recertification. I was also able to meet with potential vendors, connect with current vendors, and discuss what new product enhancements are on the horizon."
"The HR FL 2017 Conference brought teamwork and employment relationships to the forefront with takeaways from multiple resources. Our HR team has many new faces and spans over 40 years of experience and talent. The interactive audience participation allowed us to see first-hand, how the differences each of us brings, complements and adds value to what we do in HR each day. Ours has become a more “cohesive team” with the skills and insights learned from the conference speakers. The ROI from this conference is immeasurable!"
"The attendance this year at the 2017 SHRM conference in Orlando provided additional resources and tools that will be applied to the Childhood Cancer Foundations every day management as it relates to communication, funding, networking as well as our community involvement. We thank you for many different diverse classes and we look forward to next year."
"Over the years, I have attended various sessions relating to business continuity and organizational strategic planning. Thanks to the knowledge and leadership skills I gained at the HR Florida Conference & Expo, we were able to provide services to our clients without missing a beat."
"The annual HR Florida state conference offers HR professionals the biggest bang for the buck to make new friends, build a business network, shop HR outsource and support services, sharpen the HR bailiwick saw with loads of education, get current on employment law, earn amply generous certification points, meet celebrities like Diana Nyad, and tweet – but rarely sleep."
"Hats off to the planning committee. The conference was well organized excellent presenters and presentations. Having just moved to Florida in the past year, HR Florida and HR Tampa are organizations that consistently provide valuable programs for their members."
"Great conference. I really enjoyed going and have already used some of the information to make changes in my organization."
"This was my 2nd year attending HR Florida conference. It surpassed my expectations again! The sessions were relevant and engaging. Keynote Speaker, Diana Nyad was amazing-funny, inspiring and entertaining. I look forward to next year!"
